A Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate envelope stuffed full of Stars & Stripes WOVENS scraps. Scraps measure 12" wide and vary in length from 1/2" to 6" (see second picture for example of how they are cut). Around 2.5 lbs of fabric. The perfect way to make something scrappy before the fabric arrives in May!
