A little about me and my fabric

Hi there! My name is Camille Roskelley, I was born and raised in a small town in Idaho and my mom taught me how to sew and make quilts when I was a little girl. It wasn’t until I had my second son that I started my pattern company Thimble Blossoms, and not too long after that I started designing fabric with my mom, Bonnie, for Moda Fabrics which was such a dream come true. My mom retired a few years ago (She’s doing great, btw!) and I have been designing fabric on my own since then. My first solo collection was Nantucket Summer and my newest collection is called Summertime! As you may have guessed, I enjoy Summer! 😂

My husband Jarom and I have three boys, two are grown and one is starting high school next fall. I also have three cats, Cosmo, Stitch, and a recent foster fail, Georgie who keeps us all entertained! Speaking of fostering, I foster kittens for a local animal rescue, which I love almost as much as I love to sew!

Life is crazy and busy and has plenty of ups and downs but every day I’m grateful for this whole quilting adventure! It’s brought me so much joy in my life and helped me find many of my dearest friends. I just couldn’t love this community more. I feel so lucky to do what I do! Anyway, that’s a little about me. :-)
